Central Location is Top Notch
blackout curtains cute feel helpful staff great value
My room had good blackout curtains. The communal areas has a cute feel. Staff provided information I needed when asked. Breakfast had a great value with many options to choose from.
I found the hotel build look a bit tired.

The standard double room was spacious enough and clean. Bedding seemed good quality. The room included a television with several channels to view at ones leisure.

Breakfast offered great value. There was options for a full English breakfast. The dining area was clean. Staff was seen cleaning tables when guests left the area.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to city center shopping. I found ample parking in the surrounding area. Breakfast provided a plentiful selection. The room was larger than expected and included a comfortable bed.
I noticed the decor needs updating. The carpets seemed worn. The walls was thin, and I heard movements from adjacent rooms. The bath did not drain properly when using the in-bath shower.

clean room high ceiling hot breakfast helpful staff
The room was very clean and the high ceilings created a spacious feel. Breakfast was plentiful with various hot options available. The building itself is a well kept historic structure. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
I found the bathroom to be on the smaller side, with somewhat difficult access to the shower.

My room featured a comfortable bed and plenty of open space. The two chairs in the sitting area were a nice bonus. The room had high ceilings which contributed to a feeling of spaciousness, and it was spotlessly clean.

The location is very central, providing easy access to various attractions and transport links. The hotel is situated approximately thirty yards from the train station, simplifying travel and exploration of the area.
